To me, a leader of change is these three keywords. The first word is such a leader is bearing such a leader has the courage and the gut to take risks and face challenges. He or she has the agility to adapt to the rapid pace at which the world is changing. Today, such a leader has the humility to accept mistakes and take the owners. A leader of change has the courage to let go off and to impart the knowledge, the nor hall, the experience, the wisdom to quantify people around and under them. In my travels across the globe, having met top corporate leaders, I see one of the greatest challenges is people in these top positions have insecurities, insecurities, that if I pass on this visitation, if I pass on my know-how, if my boss on what I know, my position is threatened. One needs to have the courage to get over this insecurity because such leaders of change believe not just in making bucks, but in making a difference, and the difference is not made by holding on to a position.

A difference is made by creating a legacy, but the insecurity is of our own position. Cleaning on holding on to our positions, to our power, to our control, to our popularity, to our fames, to our positions often holds back. A leader does exercise. This courage that, let me give, let me share. Let me impart because at the end of the day, I may Oh may not remain relevant throughout time. You know, when I meet these leaders in top positions, one of the biggest problems is they think that they’ll be evergreen MVP, the bill is ever relevant at all times and despite the irrelevance, despite all the feedback given by people at all, they just don’t want to move on. I’m in India. Have you had this popular Edward, right, FEVICOL? It says FEVICOL KA JOD HAI TUTEGA NAHI, stuck without moving on. To me, when it comes to leaders of change, my first word is daring, daring with the courage to let go, to share and create a legacy of future leaders because we’re not yet just interested in making bucks we are interested in making a difference and creating that legacy of difference.
